Overview
This website is operated under the VoltTech trading name. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VoltTech. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your location. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, interfere with its security, or violate intellectual-property rights.

Products and information
We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Product availability, specifications, prices, and shipping options may change before an order is accepted. We may correct errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or legal and safety reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges are shown or described before payment where available. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and enabled payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and delivery information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, carrier, and fulfillment services. Those providers may process information or perform services under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an independent third-party site that you choose to visit.

Intellectual property
The VoltTech name, site design, original text, graphics, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping and lawful browsing.

Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.

Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge the collection and processing described there.

Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law.

Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
